Fire Risk Assessments
We undertake fire risk assessments in Oxfordshire and around the UK (on any premises of any size) required by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.If you are an employer or in control of any part of a commercial premise (including rental properties, care homes etc) you have a legal obligation to carry out a detailed fire risk assessment. If you have more than 5 employees you must record the significant findings. Some Landlords and Agents who rent out residential properties also need Landlord HMO fire risk assessments to meet the requirements of HMO licensing. Different Councils requirements will vary and in Oxford the rules are particularly stringent, due to the high level of rented accommodation within the City.
What is a Fire Risk Assessment?
A fire risk assessment identifies the risks and hazards regarding fire safety and how these can be reduced or managed.
We have trained professionals who can do this work for you so that you know your fire risk assessment will meet your needs, and ensure that once any actions are completed, you will be fully compliant with all relevant legislation.
Our assessment reports are easy to follow and have a clear action plan detailing any work you may need to complete to improve the fire safety in your property.
