Nic has worked for Dukes since May 2017 and has adapted her role as the business has grown. Previously she worked as an Accommodation and Facilities Manager for an Oxford University College for 10 years.

Abi works part time completing the accounts. Abi started her career as a Business Administration Apprentice in a local College gaining a Level 3 Business Administration qualification.

Lynne as worked for many years alongside her husband with his landscape gardening business. From May 2009 – July 21 worked for a rural GP practice in Derbyshire, working mainly on reception, dealing with patients, booking in and any queries.

Justin is a Full-Time serving Fire Fighter with Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue, and Part-time Fire Door Surveyor & Repairer for Dukes Fire Safety Limited. Justin is a fully qualified and experienced Joiner

Olly is a Full Time qualified and very experienced Joiner with qualifications in Fire Door Inspections and Timber Fire Door Installation, Repair & Maintenance.
